Acceptable Use.
Effective August 2026

Purpose

TunnelNet provides publicly routable IPv4 addresses. The addresses we assign are part of our own /24 block announced by AS396500. Abuse of an address reflects on the entire block and on MinakiLabs. This policy exists to protect the network and all customers on it.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use TunnelNet for:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • Hosting or distributing malware, phishing pages, or exploit kits
  • Scanning, probing, or attacking other networks or systems
  • Denial-of-service attacks, whether originating from or amplified through your address
  • Distributing child sexual abuse material
  • Any activity that violates applicable law
  • Any activity that causes our IP block or ASN to be blacklisted

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for all traffic that passes through your assigned address. If you run services that accept connections from the internet, secure them. Open ports are your responsibility.

Abuse Reports

If we receive an abuse report about your address, we will notify you and may suspend service immediately depending on severity. Repeated violations result in permanent termination.

Enforcement

MinakiLabs may suspend or terminate service at any time for AUP violations. There is no appeals process. If your service is terminated for abuse, your address is released and reassigned.

Reporting Abuse

To report abuse of a TunnelNet address, email abuse@minakilabs.com with the address and details. Abuse reports are responded to within 24 hours.
