What We Collect

When you use TunnelNet, we collect:

• Account information: email address, payment details (processed by our payment provider)
• Connection metadata: your WireGuard public key, assigned IPv4 address, hub connection timestamps
• Firewall rules you configure through the CLI

What We Do Not Collect

• We do not inspect, log, or store the contents of traffic passing through your tunnel
• We do not track which websites or services connect to your address
• We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes

How We Use It

We use your information to operate the service: assign addresses, configure tunnels, enforce firewall rules, process payments, and respond to support requests and abuse reports.

Abuse and Law Enforcement

If we receive an abuse report or a valid legal request, we may disclose your account email and connection metadata. We will notify you unless prohibited by law.

Data Retention

Account and connection metadata are retained while your account is active. On account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve abuse cases.
